Lost 88 lbs!
I do believe you can eat more and exercise less because I've done it. I went from a dress size ladies 20/22 and I'm now wearing fours and sixes. It is very important to have a customized plan because no two bodies are the same. We all have different metabolisms. The 6 Week Body Makeover tells you what foods are good for your body. Unfortunately, I was eating the wrong ones before and that's why I didn't lose weight. Now I know. I've identified which are the correct foods to eat and I've lost 88 pounds and 90 inches off my body.

Lost 90 lbs in 6 months!
I think what surprised me most about the program was the amount of food you could eat and still lose weight. I lost 90 pounds in approximately six months. I went from a very low hanging 44 elastic waist pants to a 34 waist pants. For years I tried my own approach of losing weight, which was to eat less foods, you know, salads and things of that nature, skip meals. And then tried to do a lot of running or doing a lot of exercising and it didn't work. And now I’m eating five, six times a day. In the six months that I was on the program I lost 90 pounds and up 'til now, about a year and a half I have not gained anything back.

Lost 112 lbs!
I never imagined I could eat a lot of food and lose weight. I've eaten meatloaf. I've eaten oatmeal cookies. I've eaten mashed potatoes, and I've lost 112 pounds in just a year. I've lost eleven inches off of my waist. I've lost 13 inches off of my hips. You can definitely eat more and exercise less and lose this weight.

Lost 110 lbs in 9 months!
With Michael Thurmond's program I'm eating more, exercising less, and I lost 110 pounds. All the experts out there tell you that you have to cut down on your calories and that the only part of weight loss that will work is calories in compared to calories out. And I never believe that because I'd seen myself take very few calories, expend a lot of energy and not have any weight loss. So my experiences with the Michael Thurmond program is the total opposite of what the experts say. In nine months I lost 110 pounds.

Lost 140 lbs!
You would think that eating more and exercising less is an oxymoron but it works with this plan. In six weeks after losing 38 pounds I was like, this is gonna work. It worked. I lost 140 pounds in a year and a half. I went from a size 24 women’s to a size eight.

Lost 190 lbs!
I eat more food now than I did when I weighed 350 pounds. And I lost 190 pounds in 15 months. Everybody tells you to eat less and exercise more, and this is the opposite. The first week I lost seven or eight pounds by the sixth week, so I was down 33 pounds. And by six months I was down 100 pounds. A-year-and-a-half ago I was wearing these pants, and now I'm 190 pounds thinner, and I wear a size 12. And I never wore this size before in my life. I'm smaller now than I was in high school.

Lost 62 lbs!
You can makeover your body to what you want it to look like, not what genetics says you, you have to have, but what you want it to look like. I started by taking my pictures, drew on them, you know, exactly the way they tell you to draw on the pictures, how you want your body to look. I had a 42-inch waist. It was huge, so I immediately, in my drawing, like drew this straight line down front of my stomach. And now I lost 62 pounds, and I went from a size 24 to a size eight in 36 weeks. I took my latest after-picture side shot, where I drew on my side shot of my before-picture, I put them together, and I made one transparent so I could see the fat one through the thin one, and it looks just like my drawing. I was so shocked. Everything went up that was supposed to go up, everything went out that was supposed to go out, and everything went in that was supposed to go in. And that was amazing.

Lost 120 lbs!
One hot day in August, I was getting ready for church and I had nothing to wear, except one pair of size 28 pants.
